What you get to do in this role:
- Lead the development of strategic approaches to communication plans and branding strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise messaging, objectives and standards, and effectively mitigating potential conflicts.
- Proactively identify opportunities and problems across the business while using fact-based understanding and insights to facilitate timely and accurate strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate across the business and with internal and external stakeholders on campaigns, events and milestone-driven public relations activities, trade shows, etc.
- Create and communicate short and long-term strategy and roadmap for the evolution of the Customer Experience across platforms that aligns with the product roadmap, supports the broader vision and delivers on the broader organizational goals.
- Provide business updates and prepare strategic business presentations.
- Create visual artifacts that communicate difficult concepts ranging from visualizing an organization's challenges to illustrating a future-looking strategy.
- Measure and analyze communication strategies and tactics to optimize effectiveness.
- Engage in architectural design tasks such as user flows and information architecture definition, etc. with the aim of communicating design opportunities to stakeholders.
Required Experience and Skills (10 Plus years):
- Design Thinking rapid prototyping and feedback, practitioner certification
- Demonstrated Cybersecurity communication program definition and management
- Strong visual, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate concepts and strategies to all applicable stakeholders
- Visualization design expertise using tools and applications such as: Adobe Creative Cloud Design suite, Figma
- Development proficiency with: HTML, YAML, CSS Frameworks, Github, WordPress
- Strong capability in Microsoft 365 suite: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Practiced experience using and applying web analytics: Adobe Omniture and Experience Manager, Google AdWords and Analytics, Trello
Education:
- BA in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications or Marketing Communications
