Looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and talented engineer to contribute their expertise to Getty's Core Systems Engineering team. We are responsible for delivering an array of services, from underpinning technologies (AD, DNS, FTP, Okta MFA/SSO, backups, etc.) to employee management and productivity tools (O365, Exchange, Identity Management, etc.).
Who You Are:
You will be responsible for providing engineering, technical support and expert guidance for Office 365, Exchange, and numerous other (primarily Windows) systems and applications, in an environment that includes SaaS, cloud-based (AWS), and on-premise solutions.
You will work a ticket queue and project board for requests, trouble tickets, and projects, and provide 24x7 on-call escalation support on a rotational basis. You will create automation and integrations using scripting.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
3-5+ years’ experience managing O365 and Exchange, and appreciate relevant training and certifications. Solid understanding of security principles and implications (GDPR, PCI, etc.) is also required, as are solid scripting skills.
The ideal candidate will be experienced implementing and supporting the following technologies in an enterprise environment:
• Office 365 including security, hybrid Exchange
• Okta MFA/SSO/Identity Management
• Scripting in PowerShell (required) Perl and Python (desired)
