Technical Implementations Manager
Moov is the payments processor devoted to delighting users. We help software companies add money movement to their products, letting the end-user drive how they pay and get paid.
We're seeking an ambitious, curious and results-oriented individual with technical and customer facing expertise to drive revenue. In this role you'll liaise with product and engineering teams and assist the customer success team to get up to speed with client requirements.
The responsibility of a Technical Implementations Manager is to be the face of Moov to the customers to explain and demonstrate our technical concepts while onboarding and implementing with customers to ultimately ensure they can find success with our platform.
You will:
- Be measured by successful implementations
- Work with customer and internal product and engineering teams to ensure that they are able to successfully leverage our software for their use case
- Communicate with the sales team to offer support where necessary.
- Be a primary point of contact for product and engineering teams to understand market requests and feedback
- Establish customer rapport
- Assist resolution of technical issues, bugs and feature requests by collaborating with the customer, support, customer success, product, and engineering
- Plan for modifications to products to meet consumer demands
- Assist in driving product adoption and expansion of Moov’s use case with that customer
- Join pre-sale and post-sale meetings to understand customer deliverables, required functionality and identify gaps
- Help to modify the project scope, identify and troubleshoot problems with implementation or efficiency in process
- Ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders across engineering and business teams
- Assist with technical training of Moov platform
- Define project responsibilities with stakeholder and manage entire implementation lifecycle for assigned customers
- Other duties as assigned by Moov and/or your manager
You have:
- 5+ years of customer facing experience
- 2 + years experience troubleshooting & implementing integration solutions via different tools, including but not limited to API, SDKs and JS.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and team working skills.
- Willingness to continue your industry knowledge.

Salary range: $115k to $130k based on experience, geography, and other key factors
