About the Role:
Snap! Mobile is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Seattle South Park Warehouse team. This is a critical role at Snap, as our warehouse team is responsible for producing customized garments for all the groups we work with nationwide. Daily tasks include unloading incoming shipments, putting away/organizing inventory, packaging/processing shipments, weeding/masking heat transfer vinyl, and applying said vinyl to garments via heat press. This role will work directly with our warehouse operations lead.
A successful candidate is self-motivated, dependable, well-organized, and adaptable with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with others. A “can-do” attitude is required, and the individual must thrive in a fast-paced, energetic work environment.
We have openings for full-time & part-time positions, on-site in Seattle, WA.
We have two available shifts to choose from, Day: 6 AM-2 PM and Night: 1 PM-9 PM
$500 Sign-on Bonus!!
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
- Operate a Heat Press
- Inventory Control (counting items monthly to double-check inventory accuracies)
- Weeding/Masking Vinyl artwork
- Picking/Organizing items for orders
- Daily sorting packing, and shipping of orders in a timely fashion
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10 hours
- Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
What we are looking for in a Warehouse Associate:
- At least 1 year of work experience preferred
- A strong record of organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Problem solver, not a problem dodger
- Demonstrates positive work attitude and leadership skills
- Demonstrates excellent job performance in productivity, quality, safety, and attendance
- Excellent communication skills - Able to coach, train, and assist team members
