About the Role: 

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager (General Manager) obsessed with designing, developing, and scaling new RealSelf service lines for our global Provider community. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, this individual will design and deliver products through buying and building and scale them in partnership with our marketing, sales, and technology teams.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and build a new service line within RealSelf, and launch new products to our global provider base
• Have P&L and operational ownership and investment decisions responsibilities in both in-house headcount, agency partnerships, and strategic acquisitions
• Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for growth, and drive across every significant function in the company
• Be responsible for communicating all aspects of your product initiatives to the entire company
• Coordinate, collaborate, and communicate with cross-functional teams of Product, Engineering, User Experience, Customer Operations, Marketing, and Sales to deliver features from conception to launch
• Be hands-on: write proposals, build partnerships, interview and do ride alongs with customers, run experiments and beta rollouts, and take ownership to ensure we ship a high-quality product

About You: 

• You champion the cause of our doctors
• You are relentlessly resourceful and strive to find a way to make real progress
• You have a record of delivering initiatives from concept through completion
• You are adept at A/B testing and understand that finding global maxima is both an art & a science
• You balance the needs of the business with world-class UX, tempered by the realities of building and maintaining engineered systems at scale
• You are savvy with agile software development practices
• You have excellent verbal & written communication skills
• You have experience working with digital products
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS/Math/Stats/OR/Eng), MBA preferred
• 10+ years in a consumer-facing business ownership role

This role is open to fully remote candidates in most states. Working remotely from a primary residence outside the United States is currently not permitted.
