Position Summary 

 

Swiftly is a growing organization and is looking for a Principal Product Manager who will lead a core area of our customer facing experience by owning the product development lifecycle. In this specific role, you will work closely with our Engineering, Design, Research, Data, Operations, and other teams across the company to define and drive initiatives to build loyalty and increase retention. 


Responsibilities Include 


· Manage the product strategy and execution for loyalty product offering at Swiftly. 

· Create and own the roadmap of all your products. Set the vision for your product area, leading teams to execute through persuasion and analysis. Own the product development process from start to finish to bring new products to life, partnering directly with our engineering, design, and research teams to build consumer-facing features 

· Understand customer needs and pain points, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to inform priorities and decision-making 

· Gather requirements for feature development, leading prioritization accordingly; assess tradeoffs and determine expected ROI 

· Lead execution of product development activities, ensuring successful implementation and launch of high quality features 

· Other related duties as assigned. 


Required Qualifications 


· 7+ years minimum of direct experience as a Product Manager 

· Experience with subscription products, pricing, and/or demonstrated success in improving user retention 

· Demonstrated ability to understand your customer, their experiences, and have a process for doing so 

· Ability to gain insight from data understanding that customer experience is an essential data point and great insights come from them as a starting point and then honing in on their feedback using data. Ability to use data as a way of looking at a problem, and have confidence in your ability to pull your own data to analyze a problem 

· Experience managing a portfolio of products 

· Comfortable with ambiguity 

· Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities 

· Healthy balance of both analytical and creative thinking with a desire to discover and fulfill the needs of clients as well as end users 

· Track record of successful delivery of company-critical projects 

· An action-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset 

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills 


Preferred Qualifications 


· Experience in a hyper-growth startup environment 

· Experience with SaaS products
