Role Description

As a Senior Product Manager in the Core Evolutions group you will play a key role in the defining the next generation of values Dropbox can deliver for customers. You will own high visibility, revenue driving initiatives that enable small businesses and creators to protect and secure their most sensitive and confidential information. You will have the opportunity to partner with a world class team of Product Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Analysts, Marketers and cross-functional leaders across Dropbox to understand users’ needs, create a cohesive strategy and execution plan, and build experiences with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own a strategic workstream helping customers secure their confidential business information with Dropbox
  • Make user-centric and data-informed product decisions with qualitative and quantitative research. Obsess over outcomes and know where best to invest the team’s valuable time. Share insights and results throughout the company.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design partners to test, iterate, and launch revenue-driving experiences. Prepare necessary documentation, coordinate development activity, and drive progress of in-flight projects
  • Coordinate and seek opportunities to align and partner with other product teams throughout the organization

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Strong track record of using data, analytics, research, and experimentation to drive outcomes, exhibiting a deep understanding of the different options and tradeoffs needed
  • Deep curiosity and empathy for end-users — you love building products that make our customers feel joy, delight and trust
  • Strong influence and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to create clarity and drive focus in complex and dynamic contexts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
