Quick Overview
BitTitan is looking for an experienced Product Owner who can drive new features and product enhancements from roadmap to use case to feature breakdown. The Product Owner works closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure feature fidelity and customer satisfaction goals are met.
In This Role, You Will:
- Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
- Participate in customer meetings to capture customer feedback and better understand and validate customer needs
- Prioritize stories, use cases and features to ensure focus is on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Define acceptance criteria and key success metrics
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog including escalations and incoming product requests from various stakeholders
- Follow Agile development methods & practices
- Balance prioritization of feature work, escalations, and technical debt
- Act as the customer proxy when working with the development team to ensure alignment with customer expectations
- Collaborate with Product Management, other Product Owners, and Engineering to ensure successful, on-time delivery of product and features
- Facilitate planning meetings, team retros and demos
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years’ work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field
- Azure Fundamentals
- Exchange and O365 Admin experience
- Experience with Email and document migration a plus
- Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SCRUM.org PSPO certification or similar
- Experience with Agile and SCRUM
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
- Excellent collaboration communication and organizational skills
