Senior Digital Product Manager - Location Flexible
Role Description
Dropbox’s Integrated Marketing team activates the global programs, tactics and initiatives that drive new ARR growth and improve retention across all of our Home and Business solutions. You will leverage consumer and business data to help identify areas of business opportunity for Dropbox’s visitor website, while leading Engineering and ITS in identifying, understanding and resolving web related technical issues. This role will lean heavily on deriving actionable information from research and online behavioral data, user journey mapping, Digital Marketing, etc., so ideally you will have experience in these areas. Also, you should have experience defining and driving adherence to web standards.

Responsibilities
- Use data, customer and competitive insights, and industry best practices to identify opportunities to create innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences
- Develop detailed requirements for website capabilities, in coordination with the Web Producers and UX/UI Designer, to guide development
- Work with the Web Producer and development teams to ensure website components are built according to requirements and best practices
- Regularly monitor web traffic, onsite behavior and business outcomes
- Track and regularly report out performance on website conversion rates, customer acquisitions and new and retention revenue to various internal audiences
- Use data-driven insights to identify capabilities, initiatives meant to deliver business impact; create business cases based on clearly identified business goals and targets
- Drive investigations of website performance issues, potential anomalies, etc.
- Assist in creating and maintaining web policies and processes to ensure best practices and compliance requirements are observed/followed
- Partner with Analytics team to enhance/evolve web dashboard and monthly/quarterly business results reporting
Requirements
- BS or MS in computer science or experience as a Software Engineer, Designer or startup Founder
- 6+ years website product management experience - crafting, building scalable digital platforms
- Work effectively in highly collaborative environments
- Strong analytical skills, testing hypotheses and sorting through complex options
- Derives actionable insights from website behavior and business data
- Crafts clear and compelling recommendations, supported by strong analysis and business logic, to gain cross functional support
- Passionate about understanding customer needs, and strongly motivated to tackle customer problems
- Obsess about potential impact of web experience details (e.g., features descriptions, interfaces) on user take-rates and use experience satisfaction
- Effective communicating cross-functionally (e.g., development & technology teams, business teams), as well as across all levels within the organization
- Partner with developers and engineers to investigate and understand technical issues
- Able to juggle multiple initiatives, and shift priorities as needed
- Maintain and update product roadmaps
