Role Description

Revenue Platform is the nexus of commercialization for all Dropbox products & paths to market. As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the charter for how Dropbox evolves subscription management capabilities, bringing newly incubated products to market across multiple surfaces and storefronts. You will work directly with business owners across Dropbox, synthesizing input and prioritizing enhancements to unlock revenue and define Dropbox’s multi-product future.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand the needs of internal business owners and external customers to inform new opportunities for platform evolution
  • Own and manage relationships with Dropbox’s New Business org, advising on new product development and launch
  • Drive hard decisions, framing options and tradeoffs; influence without authority
  • Work with engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that meets current needs and considers future growth
  • Manage and communicate dependencies with other teams
  • Define clear outcomes that measure customer satisfaction and business impact

Requirements

  • BS or MS in computer science, electrical engineering or relevant experience
  • 4+ years Product Management experience, defining vision and strategy for platform products
  • Impact driven and a consistent history of driving successful product outcomes from concept to completion
  • Customer empathy for both internal and external customer needs and behaviors, with strong motivation to solve their problems
  • Ability to analyze and use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
