System1 is looking for a Technical Product Manager to manage the roadmap and execution for the Console application under our RAMP platform. We are a fast-growing and profitable company looking to scale and integrate our internal platforms to keep pace with the business. The ideal person is highly motivated, accustomed to a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of evolving business needs. This role expects a keen eye for technology, UX and automation, accountability to the products owned, and an outcome-driven mindset.

What You Can Expect on the Team

Define, manage, and lead execution on a product roadmap with inputs from all stakeholders (business + tech) for the Console application
Seek opportunities for product differentiation and increase product value while adjusting to evolving business needs
Lead the ideation, design, prioritization, development, and launch of of new products/features
Work with engineering to define, design, and deliver technical and impactful solutions for the business
Manage agile processes for multiple simultaneous initiatives, own product management through JIRA, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
Provide effective written and verbal updates on the product roadmap and key projects to all relevant stakeholders

What You Will Bring

Demonstrated Product Management experience
Experience working with product design, UI/UX, frontend, and APIs
Track record of increasing responsibilities and clear success in delivering products
Ability to translate user needs into requirements and actionable solutions
Experience writing SQL and the ability to quickly analyze data sets
Passionate about building great products and collaborating with the various product teams
Software and web development experience a plus
AdTech/MarTech experience a plus
Master’s degree in engineering or computer science a plus

Mattick recently took a course through Coursera on machine learning, and the timing could not have been better. He was able to balance his work at System1 with assignments and studying, and now, he’s implementing what he learned on the job. Currently, he and the data science team are working on an algorithm to optimize System1’s advertising on a new network. Their custom-built machine learning infrastructure makes it easy to deploy new algorithms and track performance.

Because our infrastructure is built for our needs, we are able to iterate, make more complex models and adapt to future requests quickly. It’s very rewarding!
