Role Description

As the Campaign Manager for global growth team you’ll work with a large team focused on growing Dropbox’s user base and will play an integral role in building the foundational core for the growth platform team. You thrive in a dynamic environment, feel invigorated by multi-tasking, strive to meet high standards, raise the bar on teams and on projects to make a huge impact across the organization. You are also at the core data driven and use data to make decisions.

Your main responsibilities will be to help create/manage/approve growth campaigns, evaluate campaign success, serve as a platform expert, establish best practices and monitor changes.

Responsibilities

  • Support campaign owners in creating and execution of campaigns. This responsibility includes approving campaigns, quality checking and monitor campaigns
  • Provide specialized technical support to internal ad campaigns via multiple channels like email, messaging, etc
  • Working cross functionally with engineering, product managers and growth marketers to successfully execute campaigns driving outcomes.
  • Inform, test and implement product and operational improvements.
  • Approve, test and troubleshoot campaigns setup by growth marketers.
  • Train new users to use the platform and establish best practices 
  • Document internal procedures, policies and tutorials

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and extremely detail oriented. Proven track record in successfully managing multiple projects at a given time.
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical software issues (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and SQL (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
