Mission:

The core mission of a Regional Head of Application Migration and Infrastructure Modernization, NA is leading a large, revenue-generating business unit in the delivery of the cloudy version of a professional services organization, enabling innovation in our clients, driving utilization and managing the cloud enablement team.

The Regional Head of Application Migration and Infrastructure Modernization will ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services across the region, as a single point of responsibility for all business unit staff and client engagements, decision-making on regional business unit strategy, customer advocacy and with the ability to inspire and lead a software-enabled cloud professional services team. This is not an internally facing role, you’ll be an active evangelist in the market with both customers, potential customers, employees, prospective employees and partners.

How will you spend your time at Cloudreach?

  • Responsible for delivery of successful (vs. target) Cloud Adoption services across the region. You are the leader of this critical team
    • Ensuring that KPIs are met, including obtaining and maintaining target levels of billability, revenue and gross margin
  • Acting as a vocal cloud evangelist with our team, customers, partners and the wider market
    • Presenting at relevant cloud focused events, including with partners and customers
  • Escalation handling, both internally and externally. The expectation is that you will need limited help here from the Regional Head and will make good decisions
  • Leadership for the regional CEL community and Resourcing function - including swift decision making where appropriate
  • Proactive identification of areas for improvement and new service delivery and interfacing with the the varying engines to drive our go-to-market strategy
  • Working closely with Commercial Ops & Solutions team to ensure selling Cloud Adoption is a dream come true for all involved
  • Monitoring and reporting from Cloud Enablement Leaders to Head of CE on progress and achievement
  • Through suitable delegation, ensuring your team is happy, motivated and performing exceptionally
  • You’ll act as the representative for your region’s Cloud Adoption team into the rest of the business and our partners
  • Building relationships with key strategic clients, as agreed with the Commercial Operations team
  • You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training and retaining some of the top technical talent in the world
  • You will establish the proper cadences and rhythms to keep your CEL team engaged, well-informed, and up-to-date on the overall strategy and direction of the company

  • Passionate advocate of the positive impact of public cloud environments and it’s innovative force in the marketplace. You would relish the chance to present at a large cloud event for example and will be a thought leader generating content relating to our business
  • You are credible and capable of holding senior client relationships, and can inspire and coach others to do so, notably in your CEL team
  • You will be leading a team of 100+(and growing) talented individuals who you must be able to lead, inspire, and excite
  • You’re experienced in the delivery of professional services to large enterprise clients, including prior project or program management experience. You know how professional services teams make money--and the importance of promoting other revenue streams from outside your team
  • You’re a strong, confident decision-maker--sometimes with limited information at your disposal
  • You build relationships and your team describe you as Easy to Work With. You’re an expert in handling escalations and defusing challenging situations both internally and with clients. You’ll know how to negotiate and when to do so
  • You’ll have clear experience of leading other leaders and getting the best from a team with a broad range of background and skills
  • You are able to resolve conflicts between employees and customers and maintain a calm, collected demeanor no matter the circumstances
  • Minimum of 6 years in a professional services environment, and 10 years total experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast moving environment, and handling ambiguous situations. We grow fast, and your role will change over time
  • Confident presenting to large audiences, both internally and externally, including pre and post sales situations
  • A believer in the Cloudy values as a differentiator with Cloudreachers and clients alike
  • Customer-focused and with a keen sense of urgency regarding what is important
  • You’re not just a hard worker, but an efficient one. You’ll love multi-tasking, and working across multiple regions and respect and understand cultural differences
  • Willingness to travel frequently to other countries or states within your region
  • Ability to inspire and drive the growth of your CE region while holding to our cloudy values. You’re a leader, not a manager, and know the difference
