The Implementation Manager will work directly with new Luum customers to get them off the ground and running. As a Luum product expert, you will assist with finalizing scope and schedule and lead the effort to configure and launch new customers. Your role will also coordinate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to support the transitions through launch. Responsibilities:

• In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you will:
• Quickly establish relationships across the customer organization, including; business sponsor, day-to-day lead, commute benefits team, IT team, etc.
• Seek to understand customer processes, goals and challenges in order to deliver a seamless implementation experience
• Propose, verify, and implement the product configuration needed for successful deployment, including close coordination with Luum's Engineering and Product teams
• Set and manage expectations with customers while driving the implementation schedule and ensuring on-time delivery
• Identify potential risks and anticipate the impact on customer and internal teams
• Measure and report successes and challenges of implementations; learn to improve future implementations
• Support change management for customers with regard to new products and features when an implementation change is required

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Project Management, consulting experience is a plus
• Experience in the enterprise SaaS space
• Experience working with customers of varying sizes and across different industries
• Proven ability to quickly become an expert with software features and technical functionality
