A Day in the Life
You are excited to be the "Voice of the Developer”. In this key role you will report directly to the VP of Engineering, and will own critical programs inside of the Qualtrics Engineering Organization. You will analyze our current programs, and craft them into elite programs that transform our onboarding, learning and development, engineering employee experience, and even how we brand our engineering organization to the outside world.
You will directly impact hundreds of engineers across the globe, driving efficiencies to help us innovate more quickly, while ensuring the best experience and engagement across our organization.
Expectations for Success
You will have significant and confirmed experience in successfully building and scaling L&D Programs in fast-growing tech companies, and you’re excited at the challenges facing our engineering organization. Building extraordinary experiences, and driving tangible results, is in your DNA. You have built programs in the past to train, develop, and propel business teams forward. You’re great at figuring things out on the fly, are data driven, and have a strong formal education to accompany your experience in the industry.
