The Partner Technical Account Manager (P-TAM) is responsible for supporting the operational success of implementation partners and, being the first person to hold this position, will have a significant impact on the success of this new program. The P-TAM enables partners to manage implementation of Avalara products for our mutual customers through training and support of Avalara products and implementation best practices. The P-TAM collaborates with related areas of the business, including Support, GoLive, Knowledge & Learning, Customer Experience, Product Engineering and others to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of customer onboarding through the PSP and other partner-related programs.
