As a Provisioning Specialist you will be responsible for processing completed customer contracts and configuration of customer accounts. Your day to day will include being part of the sales order cycle and working closely with our fast paced Go-to-Market and Contract teams to ensure that customer orders are completed quickly and accurately. You’re somebody who not only understands the needs of our business, but also understands the needs of our customers and does what it takes to make sure they’re set up for success. 

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Provisioning customer seats and configuring customer accounts in accordance with contracts in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolving support tickets according to established guidance
  • Reconciling customer system configuration against contracts
  • Building and running reports to show consistency between customer configuration and contracts
  • Building and maintaining process documentation for all instance management and seat provisioning related workflows
  • Coordination and communication with Go to Market teams to understand process issues and drive consistency
  • Partnering with Sales and Product & Engineering to continuously improve and automate workflows

Basic Qualifications

  • You have experience working with customer account configurations
  • You have experience with contracts and understanding of terminology
  • You have extraordinary attention to detail and quality of your work
  • You have experience working with a ticketing system
  • You have phenomenal customer service skills
  • You have experience working with sales and billing teams
  • You are organized and process oriented
  • You enjoy documenting and optimization of processes
  • You have strong communication skills and experience working with cross functional teams
  • You can identifying broken process and facilitate clean up
  • You are comfortable escalating to leadership as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS contract and account maintenance experience
  • 2 years experience with order processing workflows
  • You have used remote working tools such as Zoom and Slack
  • Proven experience with process improvement
  • Proven experience with auditing and reconciliation of data
