SUMMARY: The Program Manager, reporting to the Director of Product, will lead Coinme-wide software implementations, product enhancements, and additional company initiatives as required. This role will be responsible for facilitating overall project schedules, scrum ceremonies, and ensuring software delivery remains on-track and any roadblocks can be identified and addressed as required to keep the engineering process running smoothly. The candidate must have prior experience delivering software solutions in a startup environment, where they have assumed multiple roles during the project as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects. Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI. Ability to manage multiple partners and projects/tasks simultaneously ● Successfully lead new feature implementations and projects, meeting timelines and budget requirements. Grow Agile practices in all roles in the organization, striving to build a foundation of Agile supporting end to end product delivery ● Responsible for scope management, risk management, estimating impacts of scope change (timeline and cost) as well as managing project resources and act as Scrum Master for Scrum ceremonies ● Manage development team backlog, work prioritization, assignment, and tracking in Jira ● Create, manage and publish team metrics and reporting from Jira ● Oversee quality assurance employees and/or manage B2B relationship with a hired QA service provider ● Actively participate in online meetings and conference calls to onboard new technology partners. Assess/evaluate partner requirements against scope of project ● Facilitate productivity by ensuring that teams have the appropriate tools to succeed, escalating as needed ● Ensure that teams are employing principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility ● Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timelines and communicate status to leadership and project stakeholders to ensure the highest value work is top priority in the backlog. ● Actively work with individuals involved on projects to ensure functional and technical design specifications meet or exceed expectations, and serves to recognize potential design gaps ● Create and document best practices. Documentation may include release notes, FAQs, project schedules, project plans, benchmark metrics, communication documents, etc ● Ensure each project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements ● Possess initiative to identify areas in need of improvement and take action ● Work with Product Management team to assist in creating and refining user stories, maintaining the product backlog, prioritization of defects, coordination of backlog estimation ● Manage internal tooling requirements gathering and rollouts for internal stakeholders

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE ● Bachelor’s degree ● Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience managing software implementations from kickoff to final release ● Comfortable serving as a Scrum Master and championing agile methodologies across an organization ● Familiar with common project management methodologies and best practices ● Experience with common software project management tools ● Experience managing a cross-functional team of individuals aligned towards a common goal ● Prior experience managing external vendors and service providers
