Program Manager, Referral Networks

Your Role and Impact
You will be responsible for identifying referral networks that our clinic will use, investigate methods for integrating access to the networks into clinical workflows, and build efficient processes for handling all requirements related to referrals. 98point6 has a growing list of customers, and you will manage referral networks and resources to ensure that patients are accessing in-network resources to receive care that is affordable, convenient, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize commercial accounts (i.e., employers, universities, medical groups, and health plans) that require referral network coordination
- Research technical integration opportunities for automating referrals from our clinics to the identified networks
- Develop referral workflows and processes that are both efficient and applicable to the various networks that our customers use
- Build out clinical operations resources (including relationships with in-network labs, radiology, and behavioral health resources) to support referrals and referral processes
- Contribute to product development for support of referrals and referral processes
- Build out staffing strategy to support referrals, beyond Clinical Operations and Product resources
- Accountable for performance metrics such as referral scheduling, in-network prioritization, and medical record sharing with specialists
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Referral management and/or care coordination experience
- Experience in automation and/or integration of 3rd party networks into operational procedures preferred
- 5+ years of experience working in an operational capacity in a service field (e.g., medical, legal, accounting)
