Blue Nile is currently seeking a Project Coordinator, Contractor to join the Site Development team. This position focuses on making changes to the Blue Nile website to improve the experience for disabled customers who use screen readers to navigate through the website. This is a temporary position to supplement the team capacity starting immediately and running through the end of December, with the possibility of continuing longer.

Responsibilities:
• Work within two different ticketing systems to locate and update ticket information
• Update ticket status in both system and provide summary reports of changes
• Work with 3rd party tool to audit website pages and enter in new issues to ticketing system

Qualifications:
• 1+ years of business experience
• Self-starter with ability to work autonomously
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in cross functional teams
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to research and resolve issues
