We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join the Healthcare team in our Dania Beach FL, Boston MA or Bellevue WA office. As a Senior Program Manager, you will serve as a key customer & business advocate in owning and defining the strategy and execution of Healthcare Fulfillment & Operations to improve customer experience & delivery experience and shape & build next generation solutions. As a program leader, you will develop the vision, roadmap and generate ideas for new capabilities while ensuring we continue to raise the bar for our customers. You will own and manage strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects from concept to completion to deliver for out pet patients and pet parents. You will work cross-functionally across Product, Technology, Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Executive teams.

What You'll Do:

• Own, develop and communicate strategic long-term vision and goals that drive strategies for our Healthcare Fulfillment & Operations
• Improve customers & delivery experience while optimizing the overall regulatory compliance, quality and cost requirements
• Set the program strategy, prioritize initiatives & features, build consensus, and coordinate feature releases and internal/external communications
• Drive and influence business, software and third-party vendor teams across the company to prioritize projects which support both new products/programs and existing operations and supply chain systems. Our goal is to improve and enhance Pharmacy Fulfillment to deliver safely, reliably and cost effectively to our customers while provide the best customer experience
• Lead cross functional teams of program managers, product managers, operations managers, engineers, analysts and finance and play a key role to deliver the roadmap, measure success and communicate work across organization
• Communicate program strategy and status to key stakeholders across Chewy; develop intake process for feature enhancement suggestions
• Utilize data to understand customer behavior/needs as well as business objectives; enable the team to transform that knowledge into program enhancements and new initiatives/features

What You'll Need:

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or similar discipline
• 5+ years of Program Management or Product Management experience; E-Commerce marketplace experience preferred
• 5+ years’ experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Experience owning program strategy, roadmap, end to end delivery and leading cross-functional teams
• • Working in a fast-paced culture of experimentation, test and learn, and innovate to solve customer needs
  • Experience working with Operations & Technology teams building productive relationships with leadership & stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to influence and manage multiple competing priorities and tradeoffs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
  • Position may require occasional travel
