Senior Technical Program Manager

Your role and impact
As a technical leader working with our engineering, product and sales teams, you will play a pivotal role in expanding consumer access to 98point6 medical care nationwide. You will work cross-functionally to understand customer needs and work with our engineering team to design reusable capabilities to support them.
Strategic projects you will lead in your first year include:
- Identify themes and underlying needs of partners in order to contribute and consult on scalable product design, primarily around integrations for patient data and eligibility
- Work with a cross-functional group from Sales, Engineering and Product to define and implement a process around pre-sales opportunities that allows all stakeholders to coordinate efficiently. You will start by immersing yourself in the process that exists today and make improvements that will scale as the company continues to grow.
- Collaborate with our Product Engineering team to extend our current software development lifecycle to include work that is still in active negotiation
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, communicate and evolve the processes and controls that comprise the 98point6 product engineering organization
- Broadly communicate the status of individual programs and team projects by creating and tracking metrics and establishing consistent reporting mechanisms
- Partner cross-functionally to create project roadmaps and then drive progress towards completion, holding stakeholders accountable
- Develop a deep understanding of our technical capabilities to be an early advisor on feasibility and cost of requests from partners
- Own the documentation for standards, policies and processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in a technical role (e.g., software engineer or information security analyst) or equivalent experience to demonstrate technical design expertise and understanding of the technical processes and systems
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and creativity to add value and diversity of thought to our team
- Experience working in a business-to-business sales environment
