The Role

As the Solutions Consulting (Pre-Sales) team evolves at Outreach, it requires processes, tools, and strategies to scale the business. The Solutions Consulting Program Manager will own and execute programs that help us positively impact our customers at scale. The SC Program Manager will be responsible for planning and executing projects that support core programs, and will provide day-to-day operational support needed to keep programs running.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Own and execute core programs, tactical projects and work streams
  • Contribute to defining and refining the initiatives, methodologies, assets, and programs within the Solutions Consulting team
  • Take on cumulative responsibilities as programs evolve and mature
  • Proactively communicate status, risks and upcoming milestones with cross-functional leadership and other stakeholders (Sales, Revenue Ops, Success, Professional Services, and Product)Work with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to build consensus on project strategy and deliverables
  • Provide ongoing operational support needed to keep active programs healthy and impactful
  • Manage communications and organize meetings necessary to successfully drive project milestones
  • Contribute to ongoing development of Solutions Consulting team operations and methodologies (ex: status tracking, quarterly planning, project prioritization)

Basic Qualifications

  • 3-5 years Project Management experience, preferably with a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience working with or supporting Sales and/or Pre-Sales functions
  • Strong project management expertise and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees and leaders at all levels
  • Aptitude for facilitating conversations with team members and stakeholders to create consensus around project strategy and deliverables
  • Passionate about prioritization, organization, planning, and follow-through
  • Proactively considers risk and always has a mitigation plan
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and roll with shifting priorities as our high-growth team evolves
  • Proven self-starter and able to come up to speed on complex, difficult concepts with minimal assistance
  • Proficiency with tools: Asana (or other project management tools), Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach
