Our recruiting team is growing and in need of hiring a stellar Senior Program Manager to build and lead our Talent Operations function. In this role you will report to the Head of Talent and work closely with the recruiting team and stakeholders across various functions, while interfacing with external partners/vendors. You’ll program manage various initiatives across Talent Acquisition, primarily focused on; Recruitment Marketing/Advertising,Talent Channels, Candidate Programs and Functional Analytics + Reporting. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Test various ways to drive up Candidate happiness 
  • Optimize talent attraction across channels and platforms 
  • Evolve early-in-career programs (diversity, interns, bootcamps and accelerators) 
  • Lead employer brand initiatives 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build recruiting analytics and business reviews/functional health scorecards
  • Evolve core programs while managing vendor relationships and ROI (ATS, referrals, mobility, pre-hire assessment, contingent workforce, internal mobility)
  • Optimize our Talent Acquisition shop 

Who we are looking for

You:

  • Five years experience with organizational programs, project management or related areas
  • Enjoy challenges and building in a growth environment / acts with urgency
  • Have Talent Operation, Acquisition program management experience 
  • Demonstrated project manager 
  • Business and systems oriented 
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Known for your ability to partner at all levels / Able to influence change
  • Enjoys testing, measuring and iterating to support continuous improvement
  • Loves facilitating meetings and trainings
