Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules that successfully deliver on commitments, such as Feedback and Compensation Review, Engagement, Performance Management, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
- Communicate project plans and status across the company, and facilitate group discussions and trainings.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure their engagement and participation in programs.
- Create and manage the annual program calendar, driving awareness and program execution with key owners.
- Provide Subject Matter Expert in these programs and be fluent in managing the supporting systems, such as the engagement survey platform and learning management systems
- Understand business goals and recommend data driven approaches, policies and procedures to drive improvements in people’s experience and support our growth.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, such as onboarding, offboarding and mobility.
- Collect data at the conclusion of projects in a variety of ways to identify and implement program improvements.
- Mentor new team members in learning talent programs; may have people management responsibility.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 6 - 8 years within Human Resources, with 3-5 years experience managing enterprise-wide Program/Project Management, within a dynamic, fast-paced work environment; experience in a global high-growth technology start-up highly preferred.
- Broad understanding of HR best practice and trends, with a passion to experiment and innovate new approaches.
- Demonstrated success in building, delivering, and measuring high-impact Human Resources programs.
- Highly organized, being able to prioritize and manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and willingness to "roll up your sleeves”.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer first mindset, the ability to quickly build trust and to influence stakeholders.
- Facilitation experience; must be comfortable addressing both large and small audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and data to analyze, invent, and scale.
