The Challenge
As the Technical Program Manager for our Foundational Services organization, you will be instrumental to the design, launch, and Engineering-wide adoption of critical tier-1 systems that support the Qualtrics tech stack. In this role you will provide technical and thought leadership, as well as execute on company-wide communication.
You'll contribute to the design of industry-leading data protection and governance capabilities that help organizations comply with global data security policies. You'll roll out our next-generation identity management and authorization/permission model and work with all Engineering teams to adopt the new standard. You’ll drive the vision and design of a new experimentation platform which will enable our product teams to A/B test complex configurations of features. And you'll constantly be looking for new challenges that the organization faces and driving resolutions through process, tooling, or architectural changes.

Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field
- Technical program/project/product management experience
- Experience managing and successfully delivering large scale software development projects
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders including executive staff
- Experience defining programs, writing detailed functional specifications, and delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs
