Our Engineering teams are expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join us in continuously delivering software improvements to our data management platform. As a Technical Program Manager in the Engineering team at Igneous, you will:

• Drive continuous delivery of engineering deliverables from ideation all the way to the hands of the end-user
• Own concurrent projects across the engineering team to deliver maximum impact, ranging from small customer-impacting enhancements to large scale new product introductions
• Channel your passion for quality software, planning, execution, and delivery into measurable results
• Partner with leadership across Engineering, Product, and Operations to define success and deliver results for our rapidly-growing business
• Solve meaningful problems facing software teams delivering at start-up pace, and their enterprise customers.

Our ideal Program Manager for this role will:

• Have 3+ years of experience in an engineering setting, working on a product with real customers
• Be deeply familiar with multiple methodologies - like Lean, Agile, Waterfall, Kanban - and have experience applying them to get things done in the real world
• Have managed the software development process through multiple release cycles, and have experience with Continuous Integration environments.
• Maintain a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering strong teams
