Yesler is looking to add a Technical Program Manager to our Marketing Operations Team. Working across multiple internal and client teams, this role will put you at the forefront of new technologies, with an ability to influence and manage decisions that will contribute to the overall Sales and Marketing infrastructure of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a liaison between end users and engineering teams to ensure product scope meets business requirements
  • Work with business and engineering teams to identify scope, constraints, dependencies, and risks
  • Develop workback schedules to ensure all business alignment discussions happen quickly and efficiently for sprint planning deadlines
  • Ensure that communications and documentation for the client and team needs are complete, current, accurate, and easy to find
  • Actively identify technical, legal, procedural, logistical, and communication issues and drive creative solutions to fix them and handle risk
  • Identify needed resources and work closely with team leaders to maintain full visibility of the project schedule and potential roadblocks.
  • Scope new projects and assess project prioritization

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • 3+ years of experience managing or working with Marketing and Sales Technology platforms
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization seamlessly
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in an efficient manner
  • You have a real passion for new technologies and knowledge of how to integrate them into a MarTech Stack
  • Experience building and managing relationships with external partners
  • Ability to manage a high volume of small to large sized projects.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information to business owners and vice-versa
  • Experience building, coordinating and maintaining schedules across multiple teams, managing shared resources, and coordinating with a legal team on IP or similar issues
  • Organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience working with technical teams on multiple projects from concept to delivery
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams
  • Track record of transitioning immature or new technologies into consumer products

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have experience in user-experience development for Marketing, Sales, and Operations
  • Experience working with a cross-disciplinary team of highly technical individuals, spanning both sales and marketing specific platforms and cross-platform development
  • Experience with solutions architecture, including wireframing scenarios and feature improvements
  • You know project management features or tools such as Visual Studio Teams Server, Asana, and Basecamp
