The Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to own a variety of projects and ensure that we’re able to deliver each on time and on budget. This role is based in Seattle and will report directly to our COO.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage several concurrent, cross-functional projects
  • Develop project schedules in collaboration with the Account Management team, owning delivery through all phases.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to identify risk mitigation strategies, ensuring that risks are communicated early and often.
  • Communicate project status clearly to project team and stakeholders.
  • Conduct scrum ceremonies with project teams, including facilitating the daily scrum, backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams to define scope of projects.

You’ll need to have:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role, ideally in a tech company
  • An ability to simultaneously manage multiple, fast-paced initiatives
  • Excellent understanding of product release methodologies
  • Familiarity with Agile software development and deployment processes
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment

We’d love to see:

  • An advanced technical degree or MBA
  • CSM / Certified Scrum Master
  • Experience in SaaS software development
  • Prior exposure to the healthcare industry
