Recently, one of our AMs wrangled people across multiple departments in order to launch a proof of concept which would streamline contract management within multiple systems using Nintex products. The Account Manager acted as the project manager across the customer group, the partner group, as well as our own groups internally (support, licensing, sales engineers, legal & security) to ensure the customer would be set up for success not just with this first use case, but for the long term and expanded use of the Nintex platform. The customer feels successful and the AM grew the account size and revenue.

The Nintex Account Manager is the life blood of our company. As an Account Manager focused on our current customer base, you ensure the ongoing enablement of customers by driving demand of our product and solutions. Championing Process Mapping, Automation, and Optimization you identify and discuss the process challenges of your target accounts and show them how Nintex will help them achieve success. Relying on your own desire to achieve, you will hit and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. You continuously hone your sales process and, because you hate defeat, you develop creative solutions for busting through the inevitable slumps. Hitting the phones hard to find the right connections fuels you, not frustrates. You go beyond the sale by bringing together all the resources necessary to ensure a customer success strategy during and after a sale. And as the quarter closes, you earn the cape of the superhero.

To be successful we think you need these types of things as part of your work experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience of direct and/or indirect sales experience, ideally in a SaaS organization
  • Strong business development, account management, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in Microsoft and/or Salesforce environment preferred
  • Proven contributor to a sales team with consistent achievement of sales quotas
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – great influencer, passionate about the team, loved and respected by partners and customers
  • A great sense of teamwork; motivated by helping others and knowledge sharing within the team
  • A high level of trust and integrity
  • Strong attention to detail – pays attention to the quality of work produced, ensuring excellence and always seeking ways to improve outputs.
