Ad Account Manager, Retail Media Platform

We are looking for a seasoned account manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts with industry leading advertisers and ensuring the success of their campaigns, coordinating, and partnering with sales, operations, analysis, and engineering team members.
Swiftly has offices in Seattle, WA and Bay Area, CA

Position Requirements
- Proven team player with a track record of working well with sales, operations, and engineering counterparts to ensure campaigns are completed on time
- Track record managing multiple accounts with key customers
- Highly organized with a proven ability to partner with customers and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Actively participate in status and strategy meetings with customers
- Ability to counsel customers on campaign effectiveness, go-forward optimization recommendations, and real-time problem resolution strategies
- Oversee and review campaign-specific, monthly, quarterly, and annual results reporting for all assigned accounts; provide analytical insight based on data
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
Ideal Candidates
- 5+ years of industry experience in account management with advertising customers
- Has built strong relationships with the CPG industry
- Have a mix of startup and large software company experience
