Your role and impact

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong background in data extraction, dashboard creation, predictive analytics and developing business and customer insights. In this role, you will create actionable insights, intelligence and recommendations to our internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau and SQL to allow internal teams to understand issues and identify actions to be taken to solve these issues
• Build models and perform predictive analytics across a range of topics that impact our business development, marketing and clinic teams
• Identify insights that provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders
• Understand and meet stakeholders’ analytics needs
• Serve as a catalyst for sharing knowledge, information and ideas throughout the company
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to ensure we are focusing our joint efforts on the most pressing and impactful initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years using SQL to analyze data in a data warehouse
• 3+ years using Tableau to support internal business functions
• 3+ years applying data modeling and fundamental core database concepts
• Working knowledge of predictive analytics using R, Python or SAS
• Strong interest in extracting and transforming a high volume of data into actionable business insights
