The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) is primarily responsible for supporting clinical healthcare partners and providers who utilize our Blink Health Pharmacy platform. This role is focused on taking new customers from contract signing through a complete adoption of the Blink Health Pharmacy platform. The CAM owns the business relationship with our clinical customers, and is responsible for overall program success and customer/patient satisfaction. This includes establishing business and operational understanding of clinical partner environments, and ensuring successful program adoption with ongoing operational support. To be successful in this role you will need outstanding interpersonal skills, an analytic rigor, and strong delivery of results. As you need to be close to the clients whom you support, this role can require up to 20 percent travel.

Key responsibilities will include defining and tracking program success metrics on a weekly basis, leading program implementation calls with clinical customer senior leaders to present and gather program insights, managing program expansion, working across Blink Health Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to launch customer integrations, and establishing a program feedback loop to identify opportunities for improvements. This is a key role in driving business impact across the Cloud Pharmacy segment of Blink Health, and delivering our patient experience at scale for clinical partners.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador of Blink Health in all customer interactions, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and world-class service our patients and partners have come to expect.
  • Lead communication with external customer senior leadership regarding project goals, implementation schedules, major functional milestones, and issues with implementation and resolutions. Consistently handle customer expectations.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to drive project execution and launch for clinical partners adopting our platform. 
  • Ability to work independently while leveraging centralized resources to deliver on program goals and customer satisfaction. 
  • Define program success metrics, and provide weekly program reports to internal and external stakeholders. Analyze and present actionable data and insights to internal and external senior leadership. Identify inhibitors to growth and implement resolutions in a timely manner. 
  • Fully understand clinical processes, workflow, and requirements to aid in account management.
  • Participate in business and design discussions to ensure product roadmaps and solution(s) will meet the needs of clinical customers.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial metrics and program invoices for clinical partners.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing on timing and delivery of training material for clinical partners, for program growth and adoption. 

What you need:

  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with medical staff, sales, marketing, and global franchise leaders.
  • Must be able to operate and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must have a high bar for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and solve issues quickly.
  • Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions for their business and patient base.
  • Strong analytical and data skills, to track and present detailed program and customer metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of account management experience is required. 
  • 5+ years of healthcare experience (specifically, in the areas of clinical work environments in provider practices or physician practices) is preferred.
  • Ability to deeply understand and apply technological solutions to business problems.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior organizational and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20 percent of the time.
