The customer success team is seeking a smart and creative lead capable of supporting a growing team of customer success managers. As a Luum customer success team lead, you will:

  • Own the relationship with some of Luum's strategic customers, keeping an eye toward expansion opportunities and renewals.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to nurture customer relationships and ensure overall customer delight with Luum.
  • Anticipate customer needs and work with the customer success team proactively to avoid potential problems.
  • Be responsible for customer escalations and working toward satisfactory resolution.
  • Distribute work amongst the customer success team to best meet the needs of our customers.
  • Mentor the customer success team to ensure their continued growth and development.
  • Support the hiring and training of the next generation of Luum customer success managers.
  • Advocate internally for the needs of the customer success team, including with the sales, product and engineering teams.
  • Develop systems and tools to support the growth of the customer success team.
