Hearsay Systems is looking for Director-level Solutions Consulting leader to join our team.

This is a critically important role where you will continuously improve our Solutions Consulting expertise, inspire confidence in our customers, and deepen your team’s capabilities as you mentor, train, and lead by example.

If you are not local to a Hearsay office, this position can be remote (anywhere in the US).

About the role:

  • Build and develop the existing pre-sales team, adding new talent to boost capacity and capability
  • Enable pre-sales and sales teams to evangelize the Hearsay Platform with powerful narratives and data driven demonstrations
  • Understand and clearly explain the customer systems we need to work with
  • Communicate value, reduce technical deal risk, and transition deals to the post-sales team
  • Drive process rigor across RFP’s, security reviews, and technical deal management
  • Partner with sales leaders to drive successful deal outcomes
  • Continuously train your team, creating a cohort of subject matter experts on new features, use cases, and products
  • Work closely with product managers to improve our product roadmap

About you:

  • Two years in a pre-sales management capacity
  • Five years in a senior pre-sales capacity
  • Expertise with Identity Management Systems such as Microsoft ADFS, user provisioning concepts and mobile application deployment
  • Understanding of relational databases at a simple level (tables, queries, data types, indices)
  • Functional experience with REST APIs
  • Configuration experience with Enterprise CRM deployments: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM systems
  • Experience with cloud based SaaS platforms and AWS
  • Experience with sales enablement for technical sales teams You are a terrific coach and mentor for your pre-sales team
  • You have partnered with different company teams (sales, etc), to drive technical deal strategy
  • You can communicate system design to technically trained people (both internally at Hearsay and with the customer’s technical representatives).
  • You understand how SaaS platforms work
  • You have high-level knowledge of basic security constructs that protect on-premise and cloud-based enterprise solutions
  • You understand how data flows between different systems and networks
  • You have worked with mobile products
