What We Look For In Our Program Coordinators...

 

Leafly is seeking a Program Coordinator to support our Key Accounts team in the day-to-day operations of campaign fulfillment for our brand and retail advertising clients. 

Program Coordinators at Leafly are the key support on all-encompassing project elements and phases from project inception to completion. They think two steps ahead, know every detail of any given project they manage, and keep calm under pressure. Our Project Coordinators are creative problem solvers who strive to find solutions to delight Leafly’s most strategic partners. They’re humble, empathetic, and focused on delivering exceptional work the team is proud of in order to delight our most strategic clients. 

 

This role requires excellent communication skills, including working cross-functionally internally, and directly with clients to drive day-to-day execution across this client set. 

 

This person has high standards of oneself and others, and is meticulous, passionate, tireless and has a galvanizing quality in team atmospheres. He or she is detail-oriented and organized, industrious, and a strategic and creative thinker who works quickly and efficiently in a very fast-paced environment that demands scrutiny and critical thinking at all times.
 
Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in projects in all post-sale phases: execution, launch, and data reporting
  • Assist in client communications on all in-motion programs
  • Liaise with multiple intra-company departments to procure legal and finance documents, scopes of work, production schedules, budgets, etc.
  • Establish priorities for internal partner teams daily; leverage existing processes and develop new ones to help achieve objectives
  • Create and manage timelines, ensuring key deadlines are hit and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate with ad operations, design and media teams
  • Influence the efficiency and quality of work, advocating for the agency/client interests while protecting internal team priorities
  • Proactively identify potential project risks; develop and communicate contingency plans to key stakeholders
  • Understand the importance of communication, collaboration, and managing different personalities
  • Provide clients with data and insights reports both on-schedule and on-demand

Experience:

  • At least 1 - 2 years experience in client-facing role
  • Proficiency in project management tools 
  • Experience managing clients (external and internal) on project scope and delivery
  • Comfortable being client facing
  • Strong problem solving skills & intuition
  • Solution oriented with a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to quickly react and adapt to changing environments
  • Ambitious and a self-starter
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, and can establish trust with their teams
  • Collaborative with internal and external teams
  • Hyper-organized and will geek out over process and improving process
