Sales and Partnership Coordinator
Ekata (formerly Whitepages Pro) provides global identity verification via enterprise-grade APIs and a SaaS solution. Our product suite is powered by Ekata Identity Engine, the first and only cross-border identity engine of its kind. It uses complex machine learning algorithms across the five consumer attributes of email, phone, name, physical address, and IP to derive unique data links and features from billions of real-time transactions within our customer network and the globally sourced data of our graph. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to assist the Ekata enterprise sales team in growing their customer base and awareness within strategic enterprise accounts. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in sales and a passion for helping their team success. In this role, you will work cross functionally with multiple business teams such as Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Account Management and Operations to support our business and revenue goals.
In the Sales and Partnership Coordinator role you will:
- Support sales leadership with scheduling, project management, training coordination and travel planning
- Assist with prospecting activities within global strategic accounts to drive increased awareness of Ekata and attendance of meetings and events
- Help schedule events, dinners, and meetings with executives for sales/BD leadership and enterprise account executives
- Schedule recurring sales meetings and manage content, follow ups and deliverables
- Support sales and marketing programs such as internal events, team building activities, or sales driven events
Our ideal Sales and Partnership Coordinator will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field
- 1+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer service, administrative support, or account management support, preferably in technology
- Experience working in a fast-paced organization in high-growth phase
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Skilled collaborator, problem solver and self-starter
- Project management skills a plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a mind for process improvements
- Experience in Salesforce, Tableau, Smartsheet, or other Dashboard products a plus
