We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Finance organization. As a Sales Compensation Analyst you will be responsible for the calculation and administration of our incentive compensation programs across all departments within our sales organization. You are a highly analytical by nature with an eye for process improvement and exceptional attention to detail. You will work with the Sales Compensation team to identify additional insights into the data and trends and help to provide guidance and recommendations to Sales Leadership and Finance.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Work closely with Sales and Finance to ensure accurate calculation, payment, accounting, and reporting of commissions for respective teams and plans
  • Provide reporting and analysis related to commission and bonus compensation. 
  • Contribute to the administration of the annual bonus cycle by tracking, reporting, and auditing data to ensure accurate and timely payout
  • Review and monitor employee commission pay and provide recommendations to Sales, Finance, and the People teams as appropriate; ensure that requests for pay adjustments comply with current compensation policy
  • Calculate commission and bonus accruals for Accounting, and Review Budget to Actual results related to incentive compensation to identify any discrepancies and variances to plan
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of new and existing commission or incentive programs, plans, and policies; ensure programs are competitive with other businesses
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed

Our Vision Of You

  • 1+ years experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Business Insights & Analysis, or related field
  • Demonstrated capability to build strong working relationships with internal business units
  • Demonstrated participation in process improvement initiatives and/or project management experience 
  • Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced high-tech environment 
  • Proven ability to work under time constraints and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in data analysis, modeling and/or financial analysis a plus
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and MS Excel is required 
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or a similar discipline
