We are looking for a passionate Sales Training Coordinator who wants to make a big impact while experiencing the excitement of a fast-growing company at the intersection of online education and healthcare.

The Sales Enablement Coordinator will work closely with our internal SME’s to ensure our Sales and Customer success team is equipped with all the knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve the extraordinary. You will be responsible for collaborating with internal subject matter experts cross-functionally to plan, document, create, and curate training programs and materials for the sales and customer success team, including training for onboarding, sales processes and methodology, product and industry. The ideal candidate will help propel the training program to the next level. 

In this Sales Training Coordinator role, you will: 

  • Support sales leadership and subject matter experts (SMEs) in developing training programs and materials including decks, activities, scheduling, and similar responsibilities 
  • Maintain and update an organized training database for team to easily access materials, and leverage sales enablement tools that allow training to scale as we grow.
  • Curate and create weekly team newsletter with updates from cross-functional teams.
  • Enable team for efficiency through streamlining current processes and help create efficiencies in workflow.
  • Deliver trainings that don’t require expertise of SME. 
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Sales Ops, Sales Managers, Customer Success Managers, Product and Marketing to streamline flow of information to the team.
  • Perform regular needs analysis to ensure content stays up to date with the changing needs of the business.
  • Grow in your enablement career as you work with leadership to observe team member performance on calls and client communication and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and documentation for continual sales performance improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years in a sales, customer success, or training/enablement role. 
  • Experience in a SaaS selling environment.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Strong ability to deliver and facilitate training for small and large groups, both in-person and virtually, across a diverse audience base
  • Strong reputation working with interdisciplinary teams as being innovative, accountable, reliable, and able to thrive in a constantly changing environment
  • Obsessively organized

  • Passion for working with and improving sales and customer success productivity, performance and satisfaction.
  • A Go-Getter - nothing gets in the way of delivering on projects. 
  • Extreme Passion for learning and quick to pick up new concepts/information
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and writing acumen.
  • Experience working in rapidly changing and dynamic environments
  • Proven success as a mentor/coach.
