Would you like to be part of a small but growing team at a company that is driving aggressive year over year growth? This role will be responsible for directly supporting the Sr. Sales Operations Manager and the Business Development department at large with client onboarding, proposals, trade show preparation.

In this role, you will learn and/or enhance any Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central experience you possess to drive new client onboarding satisfaction. You will be heavily involved in creating assets, pitch decks and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a fast-paced company with a team that values out-of-the-box thinking to delight our clients. An ideal candidate is someone who appreciates the opportunity to create and enhance current client onboarding processes and reporting while being able to shift priorities regularly and work autonomously when needed.  

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creation and assisting with responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) 

2. Build a repository of FAQs for RFPs and proposal assets

3. Manage the new client onboarding process, follow-up and task execution

4. Lead management – source, filter, assign, report and upload into Hubspot, our CRM tool

5. CRM administrative support for data integrity

a. Regular data scrubs and validating integrity of reporting

b. Management of all CRM contact cohorts 

6. General administrative support

 

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

1. 1-2 years in a sales operations support role

2. Interest in sales, business development (BD), proposal creation, data integrity

3. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal

4. Good administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail

5. Excellent time management skills

6. Ability to prioritize with a busy workload

7. Works effectively in a team environment

8. Takes initiative with a minimum of supervision

9. Proficiency with core office software: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

 

You may also have:

1. CRM data management, preferably experience using Hubspot

2. Experience creating proposals and PowerPoint presentations

3. Experience in outbound marketing efforts

4. Working in Amazon Seller or Vendor Central
