WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

  • Design, implement, and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency across them
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Prioritize investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity
  • Responsible for the optimal deployment of sales personnel. Makes recommendations for changing sales roles, coverage models, or team configurations in order to maximize sales productivity
  • Work closely with sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success. Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with these performance management priorities
  • Prioritize training objectives for selling, sales management, and sales support roles. Oversee the delivery of field and HQ training to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel.
  • Design sales incentive compensation programs that provide market-competitive pay, reinforce sales organization strategy, and align with business and sales organization objectives
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of internal sales QBR’s and annual kick-off events

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS…

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of five years in a sales operations, business planning, or sales support management role
  • Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives
  • You possess the perfect blend of analytical/quantitative ability and interpersonal skills to collaborate with demanding sales reps and managers
  • You have been part of an early stage startup so you understand how to build a department from scratch and are able to transfer that into action as we grow and evolve
