RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver measurable business impact through proactive, data-driven enablement initiatives and insights for our internal GTM teams and external partners.
Work closely with stakeholders, learning experience designers, field teams, and content creators to create a world class global learning experience that also meets regional needs.
Develop and manage strong strategic partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business-critical enablement priorities and build role-based training initiatives that map to core competencies.
Establish and execute on clear enablement project plans that define business impact, scope, required resources, implementation, and success metrics.
Use quantitative and qualitative methods to understand learner audiences, identify knowledge and skill gaps across our GTM teams, and build training solutions that lead to measurable outcomes (i.e. pipeline generation, increase win rate, number of opportunities, average deal size, decrease ramp time and sales cycle length).
Support the increase of pipeline generation, velocity, and sales opportunities by gaining a clear understanding of our customer interactions at each stage of the sales process.
Continually gather feedback and benchmark best-in-class learning programs to continuously improve the experience, adoption, effectiveness, impact, and scalability of enablement strategies and programs in the field.
Consult on wider Enablement team initiatives and programs including process optimization, customer journey mapping, resource creation, and content strategy.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of B2B sales enablement experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Demonstrated track record building and maintaining strong cross-functional and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience developing blended solutions across multiple learning modalities including micro-learning, role-based learner journeys, and social learning.
- Experience working in or supporting sales and services delivery teams, or other customer-facing organizations.
- Demonstrable project/program management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in the unknown, an extremely agile and adaptable thinker, comfortable with juggling conflicting priorities.
- Demonstrated superior written and verbal communication skills with a range of audiences and formats.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Passionate about creative adult learning strategies and driving performance improvements.
- Prior quota-carrying sales experience a plus
