As a critical part of our end-to-end support for our clients looking to grow their eCommerce businses on Amazon and other emerging platforms, we are expanding our team and seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to support our business development efforts in expanding our managed service portfolio including paid media and digital marketing, compliance and other emerging services supporting brands on Amazon, Walmart, Target and Instacart.

The role:

Ideoclick is seeking an experienced sales operations manager who can help us maximize our HubSpot implementation to improve our sales processes, apply best practices in reporting on sales and marketing performance and provide insights to help our sales team win! This role will require proactive and constant iteration of current and future reporting, sales processes, and lead generation. Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, this role will work closely between sales, marketing, innovation, product and client success to provide all necessary insights and reporting for targeted sales efforts and to improve visibility of sales activity and performance to internal stakeholders, including the executive team and board of directors.

What you’ll do:

  • Take the lead in areas such as CRM management, sales reporting and analytics, productivity performance, bookings pipeline/funnel reviews, forecasting, and planning
  • Create reports and drive KPI goals around conversion rates, time from demo to close, average number of demos booked per month, etc. to ensure goals are being met 
  • Train sales team on new Account Based sales and marketing processes and engagement sequences utilizing HubSpot
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to plan campaign strategies and outreach, including ideal customer profiles and recommendations for sales engagement. 
  • Manage logistics and planning of targeted sales campaigns in conjunction with sales representatives and marketing
  • Work with the Client Success, Finance and Marketing teams to ensure HubSpot CRM alignment throughout the company.
  • Help with account and territory design and providing pathways to achieving the financial plan 
  • Develop and maintain day to day best practices of lead management, pre-qualification and sales cadence follow up within Hubspot and Outreach.
  • Own entire contract management process for new and existing clients and all products and services sold by sales, building reporting that supports finance, legal, client success and product teams.

What you've got:

  • 8+ years experience in sales operations and CRM management required
  • Excellent Hubspot proficiency including reporting, dashboards, workflows, lead and opportunity management.
  • Forecasting and pipeline experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal and business communication skills
  • Extensive Knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Ability to create and present businses reporting to executive and cross-functional stakeholders
