Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce & Gainsight Administrator to join our Customer Success organization in a pivotal role focused on using the Salesforce and Gainsight platforms to support critical business functions and meet client and company goals. This role is key to driving automation and scale in our business processes and ensuring the support of our users.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for the development, optimization and operations of the Salesforce and Gainsight platforms.
  • Apply domain expertise and industry best practices to solve business and technical problems and automate manual processes.
  • Provide technical consultancy on platform configuration, custom development, and maintenance.
  • Manage troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution generation.
  • Work closely with the revenue generating teams to implement and configure business rules that utilize customer data to drive actions for proactive engagement with customers
  • Document processes and configuration using Atlassian Confluence and other tools.

The ideal individual for this opportunity brings the following to the table:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the desire to improve processes and actively drive opportunities to resolution without supervision.
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Project coordination and change management skills with a consistent track record of leading numerous (and simultaneous) projects to successful completion.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic structure with a strong desire to grow along with the company.
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices.
  • Administration experience with 3rd party applications and integrations – preferably with Conga, DocuSign, Outreach, Chili Piper, Tableau, Jira, & Confluence.
  • Demonstrable ability to build effective partnerships with business owners and technical partners.

Qualifications

The Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
  • 4+ years Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator & Advanced Administrator Certification 
  • Experience using process builder, workflows, and approval process solutions
  • Advanced experience with large datasets, data warehouses, and using data manipulation tools such as Dataloader
  • Advanced analytics skills using standard Salesforce reporting as well as data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Basic Apex and Visualforce coding experience preferred
  • Gainsight experience strongly preferred
