About the Role
Esper is looking for an experienced, savvy person to manage and drive reseller and distributor recruitment along with the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners in the Americas, with a primary focus on the U.S. and Canada.
Esper plays in an interesting space where we are very aligned with new smart and IoT device hardware sales. From a channel perspective this means Esper works primarily with traditional hardware distributors and resellers who typically don't focus on selling SaaS.
In this role you will own a set of key business performance metrics for the Americas including channel recruitment and activation as well as revenue targets. You won't be on your own, you'll closely work with our Partner marketing team to help you accomplish your shared goals.
To be successful you will need to get on the road to drive the recruitment and activation of key distribution and reseller partners (25-50% in any given month), and be very effective at building relationships using remote communication means. There will be a heavy dependency and relationship with the Esper Partner Marketing team to create the deliverables and events you'll need to get more done with less resource burn.
