GoodShip raised $5M. Ironspring Ventures and Chicago Ventures invested in GoodShip’s cloud-based procurement solution which provides data and insights into shippers’ unique procurement ecosystems. The company’s seed round will fuel new feature development, including an AI-powered recommendation tool, as well as go-to-market plans. [FreightWaves]

Sendinblue rebranded to Brevo. The Seattle-based company behind customer relationship management solutions for small to medium-sized businesses changed its name to Brevo. Having evolved its digital marketing platform into a full suite of CRM offerings, the company said its new name intends to reflect its capabilities more accurately. [GlobeNewswire]

Code.org announced plans to help launch TeachAI. Code.org is a nonprofit organization focused on providing computer science education. In the midst of today’s rising AI tide, Code.org will help launch TeachAI, an effort geared toward helping governments and educators teach materials with and about artificial intelligence. The initiative will incorporate tech experts from the likes of Amazon, Microsoft, Cisco and OpenAI. [GeekWire]
