AiDash Benefits Overview

Lead consultative customer engagements that apply AiDASH’s satellite-powered AI platform to climate resilience and utility challenges. Build executive and field-level relationships, identify business problems, develop tailored strategies, and lead cross-functional analytics, data science, product, sales, and delivery teams. Own implementation, change management, timelines, budgets, and customer outcomes while representing customer needs in product development. The role is remote-first with travel to customer sites several days per month.

Manage and expand relationships with cooperative and municipal utility clients, driving renewals and account growth. Partner with Customer Success to align customer needs with AiDASH solutions, develop account and deal strategies, navigate complex enterprise buying processes, and build executive-level customer coalitions. Evangelize the platform, identify expansion opportunities, contribute sales best practices, and travel approximately 20% to engage customers in the field.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn, and personalized email campaigns targeting electric utility decision-makers. Qualify leads, schedule meetings for Account Executives, maintain accurate Salesforce records, collaborate with sales and marketing, achieve activity targets, analyze performance metrics, and represent AiDASH at industry conferences.
