Coordinates HVAC project orders for contractor customers, including order entry, manufacturer purchasing, returns, change orders, pricing updates, milestone tracking, shipping logistics, documentation, invoice reconciliation, and customer communication. Supports account managers and collaborates with accounting, estimating, vendors, manufacturers, and customers to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Manages commercial HVAC customer accounts and supports projects from planning through completion. Coordinates with estimating, engineering, sales, accounting, and project management teams; provides technical assistance, pricing, product takeoffs, submittals, order tracking, and customer updates. Conducts weekly customer visits, supports business development, performs pre-bid research, manages CRM feedback, reviews customer credit, and assists with materialman filings. Requires extensive HVAC account management experience in mechanical construction.
