Work on professional-services-led SaaS implementations for large enterprise customers: gather requirements, design workflows, configure the platform, test, train users, mitigate risks, produce documentation, and help keep projects on time and on budget.

Guide home and community care customers through EVV activations, billing, and Medicaid compliance. Lead EVV certifications, resolve complex RCM issues, support escalations, validate configurations, deliver training, maintain documentation, and partner with Product and internal teams to improve EVV and revenue cycle workflows.

The Senior Automation and Integration Developer will design and build Python-based services, optimize data workflows, and ensure reliable customer integrations while collaborating with clients and internal teams.
