The ALS Association Benefits Overview

Manage and grow a portfolio of 125-150 corporate partners; secure and expand sponsorships ($25K–$250K); develop proposals, presentations, and agreements; meet revenue targets; steward partners; collaborate across teams to activate partnerships; maintain Salesforce records and pipeline; represent the organization at events and support fundraising initiatives.

Lead major and planned gift fundraising across multiple territories. Manage a 125–150 supporter portfolio to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward gifts ($5k–$25k and major gifts), meet revenue and planned-gift goals, collaborate with field development partners, and maintain Salesforce and benchmarking reports.

Lead and manage the ALS Associations research portfolio, including funding program development, grant review, contract negotiation, scientific oversight, stakeholder engagement, and launch of new initiatives. Supervise 1-2 staff, represent the Association at conferences, build partnerships with academia, industry, and funders, and report research impact to the board and donors.
